How many users or NFC cards can TapLink store? add

The TapLink device supports up to 5,000 NFC cards. Unlimited storage is achieved by deleting the oldest inactive user when the limit is reached — so your active users are always prioritized.

What type of display does the TapLink device have? add

TapLink features a 2.4" Full Colour TFT Display, showing real-time status, time, and access feedback directly on the device face.

What type of locks are supported? add

TapLink is designed to work with Non-Feedback EM (Electromagnetic) Locks. It supports high-quality EM locks for secure door control. Make sure your lock is a non-feedback type for full compatibility.

Do I need separate power adapters for the TapLink and the EM lock? add

No! TapLink uses a Single Adapter Design (12V DC / 2.5A). Power is supplied to the TapLink device from one adapter, and the device then routes power directly to the EM lock. Only one adapter required.
